People Puppy Chow

This recipe is simple, delicious, and makes a great holiday gift. For authenticity, serve People Puppy Chow in a new, clean dog dish and watch your guests’ reactions.
Ingredients
6-ounce (1 cup) semi-sweet chocolate chips
6-ounce (1 cup) milk chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter
1 box Crispix cereal
Instructions
Melt first three ingredients together in microwave. Mix well. Pour over: 1 box Crispix cereal.
Put into a bag. (A grocery bag works great.) Put in 1/2 box powdered sugar. Shake well to coat.
Homemade and easy. What more could you want. OK, delicious too. Great for that sweet tooth.
The first time I had this was at a party and the hostess served it in a new dog dish (this works best if you really have a dog in the house). I almost had a heart attack when she reached into the dish and started eating it. What a shocker, but It was the hit of the party. I have been enjoying this for years.
I make this every year around the holidays. I end up making about 3 boxes worth because I like to pass out gift bags for friends and family. I have never encountered anyone who didn’t just absolutely love it!
My two daughters just love this recipe. I gave it to several moms at school. We make this recipe with corn Chex cereal. It’s so delicious!
