Peanut butter Cake

Ingredients

2 cups plus 2 tbsp cake flour
3/4 tsp soda
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 1/3 cups sugar
2 medium eggs
2/3 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup oj

Instructions

350 degrees – 2 cake pans lined with parchment.

Sift flour with powder, soda, salt
Cream butter and PB ’til smooth – add sugar and cream well. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add flour and milk added to OJ – a;ternately – begin and end with flour. Beat ’til smooth. Turn into two cake pans.
25 – 27 minutes.
Frost with chocolate frosting…
