Peach and Tequila Soup

Yield

6 to 10 servings

Ingredients

3 cans peaches
6 ounces Tequila
1 teaspoon yogurt

Instructions

Puree ingredients until smooth. Pour soup in a chilled bowl.

Place yogurt in centre of soup and pull, using a knife or toothpick, to make a star.
