Orange Mousse

This was given to me by a friend back in 1959. If you like tart desserts rather than super-sweet ones, this is perfect! It was always polished off by our children. Fast. Easy.

Yield

4 - 6 servings

Ingredients

1 cup whipping cream*
1 cup orange juice
20 large marshmallows

Instructions

Whip cream to stiff peaks. Set aside. In a saucepan, melt marshmallows in orange juice over very low heat. Cool. Fold in whipped cream. Chill overnight for pudding consistency, or freeze for mousse-like consistency.

*(If you like your desserts on the sweet side, use Cool Whip, which is pre-sweetened.)
