This is my creation, it’s easy and delicious, by adding just one ingredient you can change it from soup to chowder!
1-1/2 pounds boneless chicken, cubed
2 all-purpose potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 pound carrots, cut into large pieces
1/2 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
Adobo dry spice
Oregano
Poultry seasoning
2 cans chicken stock
salt and pepper
Add all ingredients to slow cooker. Use dry ingredients in whatever amounts you like season to taste.
To make it thicker for chowder, add a can of low-fat cream of mushroom soup. Cook on low for 6 to 7 hours. Serve with homemade bread or rolls.
