Noodles w/ Broccoli, Cheese & Ham

My wifes favorite!

Yield

5-6 Servings

Ingredients

1 bag egg noodles
1 13-16-ounce bag frozen broccoli
1 16-ounce ham, sliced thin
1 pound Velveeta cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water

Instructions

Using 5 quart sauce pan, add water, olive oil, salt and noodles; boil to desired tenderness. Drain and rinse noodles and return to pan.

Cut ham into bite size pieces; do the same with cheese. Combine cheese, ham, broccoli, water and milk to noodles. Cover and cook over medium heat until bubbling and or until broccoli is tender and cheese melted. Serve and enjoy!
