2 lb. Beef roast
Small amount of oil
1 pkg. Dry onion soup mix.
1 4 oz. Can of mushrooms (not drained)
1 can cream of mushroom soup (not diluted)
1 cup of ginger ale
Salt & pepper to taste
No peek Roast
Turn crock pot on low
Cut roast into chuncks and brown in oil.
Put roast in c/p
Add soup mix
Add mushrooms with liquid
Add cream of mushroom soup.
Add ginger ale
Cover c/p & cook on low 6-8 hours. Do not remove lid.

Let stand 1/2 hour before serving.
Serve over noodles, rice, mashed potatoes
