½ cup flour
½ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar, packed
1 cup melted butter (at room temperature)
1 6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 9-inch unbaked pie shell
Cool Whip or ice cream (optional)
