Nana’s Holiday Raisin Pudding
This is my dad’s mother’s recipe. She always made it around Thanksgiving and Christmas. It is a real comfort food for me. After Nana died at the age of 100, I couldn’t find her recipe and no one else in the family had saved it. I recently discovered it while cleaning out a kitchen cupboard. I hope you like it as much as I do.
