Mocha Frosting

Ingredients
4 tablespoons butter
1 egg yolk
1-1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar
1 tablespoon breakfast cocoa
1 tablespoon instant coffee
Instructions
Cream butter, add sugar gradually and the egg yolk and flavorings. Beat well.
