Quick Easy Meatloaf

Ingredients

2 EGGS
1/2 CUP WATER
1 PKG STOVE TOP STUFFING-or bread crumbs
2 LBS GROUND BEEF
KETCHUP
SALT / PEPPER TO TASTE

Instructions

IN LARGE BOWL, BEAT EGGS AND WATER. ADD STUFFING MIX AND CONTENTS OF SEASONINH PACKET. MIX WELL; ADD BEEF. PRESS INTO UNGREASED LOAF PAN. TOP WITH KETCHUP. BAKE UNCOVERED AT 350′ FOR 1 1/4 – 1 1/2 HOURS.
