Maple Cream Frosting

Ingredients
1 pound soft maple sugar
1 cup cream
Instructions
Boil the sugar and cream together, without stirring, until a soft ball can be formed when the mixture is tried in cold water. Cool until of spreading consistency, beat well, and spread on the cake.
