2 cups
Ingredients
2 ½ Cups of Maine Wild Blueberries
½ Cup of Sugar
½ Cup of Water
1 Tbsp of Fresh Lemon Juice
Instructions
In a small pot, combine the blueberries, sugar, water, and lemon juice. Simmer for about 15-20 minutes until the mixture thickens and reduces by about half. Transfer the mixture to a jar to cool and serve at room temperature.
Store unused blueberry sauce in the fridge but bring it back to room temperature before serving to regain the sauce consistency.
