Macaroni & Cheese Casserole

This recipe was given to me by my mother-in-law. It is a wonderful recipe for a family outting or any night of the week.

Yield

8 to 10 servings

Ingredients

2 1/2 cup macaroni
6 eggs
1 stick of butter
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 cup whole milk
1 large block mild cheddar cheese
salt and pepper, to taste.

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350, boil macaroni until tender. Mix milk and eggs, salt and pepper. When macaroni is done, drain and pour into a 13×9 casserole dish. Pour milk and eggs over macaroni and stir together. Cut cheese and butter in small blocks and put down in mixture. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or intil golden brown.
