Linguine with Sausage and Kale

Ingredients

8 ounces dried linguine

12 ounces kale

1 red bell pepper

1 onion

2 cloves garlic

8 ounces linguisa (Portuguese) or kielbasa (Polish) sausage

1-tablespoon olive oil

1-tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

Cook the linguine

Rinse kale trim off tough stems, Cut leaves crosswise. Rinse bell pepper, cut lengthwise. Peel onion, and garlic, mince, and slice sausage
