Lime-Garlic Broiled Fish

Ingredients

2 pounds raw fish, fresh or frozen
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash freshly ground pepper
Chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

Thaw fish if frozen.
Cook garlic in butter until tender. Remove from heat. Add lime juice, salt and pepper.
Arrange fish in a single layer on a baking pan, 15x10x1 inch.
Pour sauce over fish.
Broil/grill about 4 inches from source of heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until fish are tender.
Sprinkle with parsley.

  1. I used fresh haddock for this recipe. It was fast, simple and the lime juice gave it a plesant zing. With a green salad and rolls it was very good.
