Light Alfredo Sauce
Yield: 6 Servings
1 (12 oz) can evaporated skim milk
1/4 cup flour
1 1/4 cups chicken stock
1/2 cup grate parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp black pepper
Gradually blend milk into flour; stir in broth.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until hot.
Blend in cheese and pepper.
