Lemon Herb Sauce for Fish

Ingredients
1/2 cup sweet butter
1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
1/2 teaspoon each, finely chopped chives, basil, and dill
1 teaspoon finely chopped parsley
Instructions
Cream together and spread on fish.
