12 ounces boneless, skinless chicken-breast halves
1 tablespoon garlic-flavor olive oil
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
2 cups frozen broccoli florets
Place chicken, oil and half the lemon juice in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish; marinate 15 minutes. Meanwhile, place broccoli in a covered, microwave-safe dish and microwave on high for 3 to 4 minutes. When chicken is marinated, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Saute chicken until done, 5 to 7 minutes per side. Move to a plate to keep warm. Add cooked broccoli to skillet. Sprinkle with remaining lemon juice and zest and saute about 1 minute.
