1/4 cup butter (or margarine)
1 (3 – 3 1/2#) chicken – cut up
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper
hot cooked rice
melt butter in a large non stick pan – over med-heat; add chicken, and brown on all sides. Remove chicken from skillet and reserve drippings. Place chicken in 11″ x 7″ baking dish.
Add Vinegar and next 5 ingredients to reserved drippings – stir to loosen brown particles. Pour atop chicken.
Bake – covered, at 325deg. for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes.
Serve over rice…
