hot buttered rum

HOT BUTTERED RUM

Ingredients

1 lb. brown sugar
1 lb. powdered sugar
1lb. butter (softened)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp cloves
3 eggs
1 qt. vanilla ice cream

Instructions

Cream together:brown sugar, powdered sugar, and butter.
Add cinamon, nutmeg, and cloves
Beat eggs together and add to mix. Mix well.
Add vanilla Ice cream.
Mix well and keep frozen till needed.
To Mix: Put 1 to 2 heaping tablesponoons of mix in a large cup and add boiling
water and rum(if wanted).
This is a great drink for the cold winter nights ahead. It is great with
spiced rum, regular rum or NO rum. You mix the ingrediants and keep it frozen
until needed. It will keep in your freezer for a long time if it is in a good
tight sealing container.
