Greek Spinach Melt

10-12 servings

Ingredients

1 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry
1/2 onion, chopped fine
1 clove garlic (use 2 pieces chopped fine)
4 Roma tomatoes
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 loaf French bread

Instructions

Mix all ingredients (excluding bread). Spoon generous portion on slice of bread and toast on broil until browned and hot.
