Greek Salad

Got this recipe from a friend.

Yield

4-6 servings

Ingredients

Romaine lettuce (tear leaves)
cucumbers (strip, peel, quarter & slice)
cherry tomatoes
black olives (whole pitted)
kalamata olives (come in a jar, get the pitted kind)
green onions
bell pepper
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts
shredded mozzarella
fresh mozzarella
pepperoni slices
balsamic vinegar dressing

Instructions

Combine all ingredients except balsamic vinegar and toss. Place into individual bowls and top with balsamic vinegar.
