Ginger Butter (for artichokes)

6 artichokes

Ingredients

1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp very finely grated ginger
salt

melt butter, add lemon, hold grated ginger in fingers. Squeeze and let juice run into butter.
