Frosted Chocolate Drops, Compliments of Jackie Tancredo
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
2 squares of melted chocolate
1-3/4 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Instructions
Cream butter. Add sugar and egg. Beat. Add cooled, melted chocolate and beat. Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with milk. Add nuts. Drop by teaspoon on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.

Frosting (Mrs. Tancredo doubles this part.)
Ingredients
1 egg yolk, beaten
1 square melted chocolate, cooled
1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
1 tablespoon half-and-half
Instructions
Mix well. Frost cooled cookies. Garnish with 1/2 of a pecan or almond.
