French coconut pie

Ingredients

French Coconut Pie

4 eggs
1-1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup self rising flour
1/2 stick soft butter or margarine
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cup milk
1 (7 0z) package coconut

Instructions

Mix eggs, sugar and butter. Add flour. Add milk, vanilla and coconut.
Mixture will
Be very thin. Pour into pan or dish and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
This
Makes its own crust.
