About 2 cups
Ingredients
1 egg
1/2 package confectioners’ sugar
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
1 tablespoon rum
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch of salt
Instructions
Beat the egg until thick and lemon-colored. Add the sugar gradually and fold in the whipped cream and flavorings.
