Faye’s Fresh Apple Cake

Ingredients
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups wesson oil
3 eggs
3 cups flour
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves
1 1/2 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup nuts
3 cups chopped apple (drizzle lightly with lemon or sprite/7up to keep from browning)
Instructions
Grease and flour tube pan
bake at 325deg 1 – 1/2 hours
