This is a lovely, light — not too disastrous to the waistline — dessert. Try the different gelatin flavors until you find the one you like best. Chances are, no matter which flavor you choose, you won’t need much — if any — extra sweetener.
2 boxes flavored gelatin
1 cup boiling water
4 cups yogurt
Honey or sugar (optional)
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in yogurt and additional sweetening if desired. Pour into large dish or individual serving bowls, and chill until set.
