Double recipe sugar cookies

Yield
lots of softed cookies
Ingredients
4c. Flour
1/2 t. salt
1 1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 t. vanilla
1 1/2 t. soda
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
Instructions
Mix all ingredents and roll out on to floured board, to 1/4 in thick and cut. Sprinkle with sugar or just bake for 8 to 12 min. at 400* and frosting
