Best Brownies
Between cakey and fudgy, and not too sweet, that’s what makes these chocolate brownies the best brownies in our book.
These brownies are the best.

LOVED IT!
My kids and I thought they were excellent.
Loved it. Also good with maple extract.
I like cake-type brownies to dip in milk and this is the best recipe I have tried. Our grandkids LOVED these brownies.

My family loves this recipe! This is the only brownie recipe that I will make now!
Maple syrup, instead of corn, works wonders. To emphasize the chocolate taste of the cocoa, add a tablespoon or two of coffee ground to a fine espresso powder. (Or buy it from King Arthur Flour.) It doesn’t add a coffee taste, just pumps up the chocolate.
