Ingredients

LARGE DAISY VANILLA CUPCAKES & YELLOW FROSTING

CUPCAKES
1 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tbs baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
4 large eggs
1 cup milk
2 tsp vanilla
2 2/3 cups flour

Instructions

Heat oven to 350 degrees.* Line 12 regular muffin cups with paper liners.
Beat butter, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl until blended. Add
eggs, beat until fluffy. Beat in milk and vanilla, then flour until blended.
Spoon 1/4 cup into each muffin cup. Bake 25 min. Or until done. Cool in pan.
Repeat with remaining batter. Let cupcakes cool before frosting or
decorating. MAKES 24 CUPCAKES.*
