non pre boiled rice 125 grams
3 cups of water
curry leaves per hand full
scrached coconut 1 cup or
coconut milk 2 cup
1 (small) clove of garlic,1 red onion
black pepper 3-4
salt to taste
boil rice till soft with enough water.grind washed leaves with 1 cup of water,and sqeese.separate
husk and take juice.put 2 cups of
coconut milk to boiled rice and cook till it boil.then put juice of leaves.stier 2 seconds and blend.if you like.with other things.(onion,pepper)
