CREAM CHEESE ONION SPREAD
2-Tbsp. Oil 1-onion (chopped) 1-Tbsp. Parsley 1-(8oz)- Cream cheese w/
onions & chives
Pumpernickel or Rye Cocktail Bread
1)-In a 10 inch skillet, heat oil over med. Heat,.
2)-Cook onions for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
3)-Stir in Parsley & Cream Cheese until smooth.
4)-Spoon into a small bowl & serve warm or cold with the cocktail bread
