Cranberry Sauce

Serves 8

Ingredients

4 cups cranberries, washed
2 cups sugar
2 cups water

Instructions

Boil the water and sugar for 5 minutes. Add the cranberries and cook gently, uncovered, without stirring, until thick. Chill.
