This cranberry relish recipe is a forerunner of molded cranberry jelly.
4 cups raw cranberries
2 unpeeled oranges, seeded
1/2 cup crushed fresh pineapple
1 cup sugar
Put cranberries, oranges, and pineapple through food mill or grinder. Add sugar, mix well (do not cook), and chill.
