Cornflake Macaroons

Ingredients

1 egg white beaten stiff
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup shredded sweetened coconut
1 cup cornflakes
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Mix ingredients in the order given and drop from the tip of a spoon onto a buttered cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes in a 350 degree F oven.
