Corn Dog Muffins

Easy, great taste, and fun!

Yield

12 muffins

Ingredients

1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
3 hot dogs cut in 1/4’s
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 400.
Spray mini muffin pan
In large bowl mix Jiffy and brown sugar.
In small bowl wisk together milk and egg. Stir into dry mixture till moist. Mix in cheese.
Spoon into muffin tins about 2/3 full. Now place hot dogs in center of muffin pan. Bake 14 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
