Ingredients

Scalloped Corn Casserole

1 egg
1 cup sour cream
1 cup margarine, melted
1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
1 can creamed corn
1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
1 small onion, chopped (optional)

Instructions

Mix all ingredients and pour into casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45
minutes
