8 cups torn salad leaves
3 medium navel oranges – peel/section
2 medium apples – thinly sliced
1 medium pink grapefruit – peel/sectioned
1 medium cuke – thinly sliced
1 celery rib – chopped
Dressing:
1/3 cup canola oil
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup snipped chives
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup goat cheese/feta – optional
seasoned croutons – optional
Mix dressing together – toss to coat
