Chocolate Silk Pie

Crust

Ingredients

12 Oreo cookies
2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

Grind cookies to crumbs, add melted butter, and mix thoroughly. Press crumbs into 9-inch pie tin and place in freezer to firm.

Filling

Ingredients

6 ounces unsalted butter (room temperature)
2 packages (1 ounce each) Nestle’s Choco bake (liquid form)
1 cup sugar
3 whole eggs, beaten

Instructions

Cream butter and chocolate on medium speed of mixer. Add sugar and thoroughly incorporate. Add half the eggs, increasing mixing speed to allow air to enter. Continue for 3-4 minutes, then add balance of eggs, mixing for 3-4 minutes more or until small peaks hold on surface. Remove crust from freezer and spoon in filling; return to freezer, removing 15 minutes before serving.
