Chicken Wild Rice Soup
2 quarts water
6 chicken drumsticks
1 tsp. Mrs. Dash
1 tsp. Dried onion
1 tsp. Dried parsley
1-3 tbls. Chicken bullion
1 package Rice a Roni long grain/wild rice
1 small onion, chopped finely
1 large carrot, chopped finely

In a Dutch oven, combine water, drumsticks, Mrs. Dash, dried onion, parsley,
and 1 tbls. Bullion. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on low for about
an hour. Meanwhile, prepare Rice a Roni according to package directions,
saut?ing onion with rice. Remove chicken from broth and set aside to cool.
Strain broth; add more bullion if desired to taste. Add carrot to broth, and
bring to a boil. Reduce heat to very low and add rice mixture. Simmer for
15-20 minutes.
