3/4 cup rosé wine
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup salad oil
2 tablespoons water
1 clove garlic, sliced
1 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon brown sugar
3 chicken breasts, halved
Combine wine with soy sauce, oil, water, garlic, oregano, and brown sugar. Arrange chicken breast sections in baking dish, and pour the wine over them. Cover and bake at 375 degrees F about an hour, or until tender. Serve over rice.
