Chicken Burritos

Makes 6 burritos

Ingredients

* 2 tablespoons butter
* 1 small onion, diced
* 2 tomatoes, diced
* 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1/4 teaspoon paprika
* 2 cups diced cooked chicken
* 1/2 cup chopped black olives
* 6 flour tortillas
* 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
* salsa and sour cream (optional)

Instructions

Melt butter and saute the onion. Add tomatoes, seasonings, chicken, and olives and mix well. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring until slightly dry. Fill tortillas, top with cheese, and roll. Place into baking pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes. Serve with salsa and sour cream, if desired.
