1 1/4 cup flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 1/4 cup oats
1 cup cranberries
4 oz chocolate chips
12 tbsp butter – room temp
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
350deg
Upper and lower racks
Whisk flour – through salt
2nd bowl=oats, chips and cherries
3rd bowl – cream butter and sugar – add eggs and vanilla
Add flour – then oats.
Make 16 balls – (1/4 cup) roll in palm, place on cookie sheet – gently press
After 12 minutes – rotate
another 8-10 minutes
(remove when they are seemingly underdone)
