Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients

2-2/3 cups water
2/3 cups milk
1/4 cup butter
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (adjust to taste)
2-2/3 cups instant potato flakes
1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

Mix first 5 ingredients in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 4-5 minutes. Remove, stir in cheese until well blended. Serve hot.
