Cheese spread w/ raspberry

Yield

about 3 1/2 cups

Ingredients

4 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1 c mayonnaise
2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
2 c ” cheddar cheese
3 green onions (finely chopped)
1 c chopped pecans
1/4 c seedless raspberry preserves

Instructions

In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until blended. Beat in cheese & onions. Stir in pecans. Spread into a plastic wrap lined 9″ round dish. Refrigerate until set, 1 hr.

Invert onto a serving plate; spread with preserves
