Champagne and Orange Vinaigrette

Ingredients

3 tablespoons fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon Champagne vinegar
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions

Kosher or sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
In a small bowl, whisk together the juice and vinegar. Slowly whisk in the olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
