1 cauliflower
1 jar small stuffed olives
Roquefort cheese
Salad herbs lettuce
Cut the cauliflower into small flowerlets and marinate in Lemon Salad Dressing for several hours. Slice the olives and combine with lettuce, dressing, and cauliflower. Add a pinch of herbs. Mix well. Serve with Roquefort cheese sprinkled on top.
