Carolina Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
3/4 cup yellow mustard
3/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup sugar

Instructions
In a medium saucepan, combine ingredients, stirring to blend. Over
low heat, simmer 30 minutes. Let stand at room temperature 1 hour
before using.
